Product Delivery

  • All Velora Times parcels are delivered in closed-box delivery. This means payment must be completed before receiving the parcel, and customers must receive the parcel before opening.

  • The delivery company’s responsibility is only to deliver the parcel. Any product-related issue must be directly resolved with Velora Times.

  • After receiving the parcel, customers must record a full unboxing video without any cuts. This video will serve as proof in case of missing items, wrong product delivery, or any issue.

  • If Velora Times delivers the wrong product, we will replace it at our own cost after proper verification with the unboxing video.

Return Policy

  • Products that include warranty (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.) or any regular products can be returned within 7 days from the invoice date if a valid manufacturing fault is proven.

  • The product must be sent back through a reliable courier service (Sundarban Courier, Pathao, RedX, eCourier, Steadfast, etc.) to our official address.

  • Do not send via SA Paribahan. Shipments through that service may delay the process.

⚠️ Important Note Before Sending Back a Product:

  • All items received with the package (box, warranty card, accessories, etc.) must be returned properly.

  • The product must be well-packed in its original box or wrapped securely.

  • No tape should be applied directly on the product box. If the box is missing, wrap it with paper and tape properly.

  • If the product or box is damaged due to poor packing or if it is not in resellable condition, the return request will be rejected.

Cases Where Return/Exchange/Warranty Will Not Apply

  • If the product has been used.

  • Any physical damage, burn, or mishandling caused by the customer.

  • If the seal or sticker has been removed.

  • If the product has scratches, stains, glue marks.

  • Accessories, chargers, adapters, batteries, straps, and chains do not carry warranty.

  • Gift items or promotional products do not carry warranty.

  • Issues related to third-party device or app compatibility will not be accepted for return.

Courier Charges

  • If a fault is found within 7 days of invoice date, the customer will pay the courier charge to send the product, and Velora Times will cover the return charge.

  • After 7 days, in case of warranty issues, the customer must bear both sending and returning courier charges.

Delivery & Return Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days.

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days.

  • Return verification and resolution may take 3–15 business days depending on the case.
