At Velora Times, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide refunds in cases where products are out of stock, have a manufacturing defect, or need to be returned after proper evaluation. If an order includes multiple products and one or more items are unavailable, and there is no possibility of restocking within a short period, we will issue a refund for the unavailable items.
For returned products, our team will first evaluate whether the product is in resalable condition before making a refund decision.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are usually initiated within 72 hours of the refund request, using the same method as the original payment.

For debit or credit card payments, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

If the refund does not appear within this time, please contact your card-issuing bank or email us at contact@veloratimes.com (make sure to include your order number in the email).
Refund Charges

In most cases, no refund charges will apply—you will receive the exact amount you paid.

However, if the product has already been handed over to the courier or delivered, and you request a refund for reasons other than product issues (exchange/warranty policies apply separately), then courier charges and processing fees will be deducted:

Inside Dhaka: ৳200 per order

Outside Dhaka: ৳200 per order + applicable payment settlement fees

Discounts & Offers

Discounts or cashback received through promotions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.) are non-refundable.

For example, if you purchase a product worth ৳1000 for ৳900 (after discount/cashback), you will only be refunded the amount you actually paid (৳900). Cashback or discount amounts will not be refunded.
